Nadine Visagie is a certified cycling coach, Sport Scientist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach who helps endurance athletes train smarter, stay injury-free, and perform at their best.
Her coaching approach is built on long-term athlete development, not quick fixes, ensuring
sustainable progress and consistent performance gains.
By combining cutting-edge performance research with real-world coaching experience,
Nadine designs fully individualised training programmes based on how your body responds
to training. This allows for precise load management, optimal recovery, and peak
performance when it matters most.
As an ex-professional athlete actively involved in endurance performance research, Nadine
understands both the physical and mental demands of high-level sport. She knows what it
takes to push limits, manage fatigue, and deliver results, guiding athletes with a proven,
science-driven approach.
