Sport Scientist, Certified Cycling Coach & Ex-Pro Athlete

Nadine Visagie is a Sport Scientist as well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach who helps you reach your peak performance. She focuses on long term results and injury prevention for endurance athletes. Nadine has extensive experience in applying the latest research on performance and fatigue in cycling which allows her to structure a tailored program based on your training response. As she is an ex-pro athlete, she understands how athletes function and what it takes to be the best!

What is your ultimate goal?

Nadine wants to take you to your peak performance and help you reach your targets and goals. It is all about progress, not perfection. The initial assessments helps you establish a base line fitness level which she then builds on. Monthly analytics ensure that you are on track and that you are adapting to your custom training program and reaching your performance goals.

Training science involves careful manipulation of the variables: frequency, intensity and duration. We take you from assessment through to race day by designing a program that suits your needs.

Nadine’s structured training programme produced remarkable results. Over a period of a year my FTP improved from 220 Watts to 330 Watts. I also lost 10kg, increasing my p/w ratio and thereby my performance on the bike, making me a very satisfied client! I am now an avid ultra-endurance athlete keen to take on any cycling adventure.
